The implementation of the Sea Bathing Quality Monitoring Program on the beaches of the Croatian Adriatic has begun.Sea quality tests will run from May 22nd. 2017 to October 8, 2017, and is conducted by the Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries from Split. During this period, sea quality will be monitored at a total of 948 points. At each test point planned under the Monitoring Program, tests will be performed ten times during the season, ie every fortnight.Currently, the real phase of testing is on a sample of 781 beaches, which lasted from 22.05.2017. to 26.05.2017. According to the research of the quality of the bathing sea, the sea is of exceptional quality in Croatia, and so on a sample of 781 beaches, 774 of them, ie 99,36% of excellent quality, 0,38% good (3 beaches), 0,26% beaches) of satisfactory quality, and no beach failed the test, ie that it is of unsatisfactory quality.last_img
