When officers arrived they noticed a male subject inside the store walking around eating candy. As the subject exited the store, he placed a handful of candy in his rear right pocket. He was taken into custody and provided a fake name to arresting officers. Walter Dewayne McNeil, 41, homeless, was arrested for burglary and obstructing an arrest.
